Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to have a fabulous location along the river, which was perfect for a lovely morning walk. The rooms felt quite new and were very clean, although the grout in the bathroom tiles was unfinished and there were barcodes still attached to some items, which was a bit odd. The service was mostly good, though there was a somewhat grumpy staff member who stood out. All in all, it was a comfortable stay with some minor quirks that could be improved.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, which made my experience even better. However, I wished the dining options were more extensive, as it felt limited. Overall, it offered great value for the price, especially with the well-equipped kitchen in the room.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite charming, and I loved that I could enjoy breakfast in the comfort of my own space. The location offered stunning views and was conveniently situated for exploring both Queenstown and surrounding areas. However, I found the bed placement in the room a bit odd, and I was expecting more in terms of laundry facilities. Overall, it was a decent experience but could use some improvements.
I had a great stay at this hotel with clean and nicely designed rooms that offered beautiful views of the mountains. The staff was really friendly and the facilities were impressive. However, if you come back late, parking can be a hassle. Overall, there were some ups and downs, but it was a comfortable place.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room I had was comfortable and had a great view, though it was a bit unusual not to have any windows. The service was hit or miss; the staff responded quickly to my queries, but I felt a bit dismissed when I raised a concern. The location was somewhat removed from the hustle of the town center, which made things a bit inconvenient, but there were a few shops and cafes nearby. While I appreciated the clean facilities and the decent amenities, I think there’s room for improvement in some areas.
